J.P. Charles Digital Assets operates an on-chain prediction market platform focused on discrete, time-bound events in US micro-cap stocks — earnings releases, FDA decisions, partnership announcements, and clinical trial readouts. Each market resolves YES or NO against publicly verifiable data sources.
WHAT WE DO
Peak Predictor is our catalyst-surfacing engine. It continuously scans 12,500+ US-listed micro-caps for upcoming corporate, regulatory and scientific events with defined resolution dates: earnings calendars, FDA action dates, clinical trial milestones, and disclosed corporate timelines.
When the system identifies an asymmetric catalyst window, it proposes an event-based prediction market. For example: "Will Company X announce its FDA decision on or before [DATE]?" Participants take YES or NO positions in USDC. Pools are parimutuel. Settlement is automated and on-chain.
Position NFTs (V2) will let participants transfer YES / NO positions before resolution, providing exit liquidity to people whose view changes mid-cycle. Resolution and payout always remain governed by the contract and the predefined data source.
PHILOSOPHY
Prediction markets aggregate dispersed knowledge into a single, transparent number. When real money is on the line, signal dominates noise. We're applying that discipline to the corner of the US equity universe where institutional coverage is thinnest and catalyst-driven information has the highest velocity.
We are not a brokerage and we are not a stock trading platform. We do not custody participant funds. We build infrastructure for people who want to express a view on whether a defined event will or won't happen — and have that view settle transparently, without a counterparty.
STACK
HOW MARKETS RESOLVE
Every market has a clearly defined question, a resolution date, and a named data source. Outcomes are determined exclusively from publicly available information: SEC filings, clinicaltrials.gov, the FDA Approved Drug Products database, and official corporate disclosures.
No subjective judgment by our team. No hidden criteria. If the resolution source is unavailable or ambiguous, the market refunds.
